About Suzie Wells

Suzie Wells has been a resident of St. Louis since 1974 and has been in the real estate business for over 22 years. While raising her three children, Suzie was and continues to be involved in numerous community and charitable organizations.

Suzie has been recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal's "2018 Book of Lists" and recently recognized as the 13th Highest Selling Real Estate Agent in the St. Louis area. Suzie has continued to successfully grow her business each year and was recently touted #1 agent in her firm in 2017 and 2018. Suzie obtained her Brokers license in 2016 and she continues to elevate her preparedness for the dynamic changing real estate environment. Understanding that buying or selling a home can be a deeply personal experience, Suzie approaches every one of her clients with individual focus and a drive to understand her clients' needs beyond the purchase or sale. Her integrity and work ethic deliver a level of service that is at the forefront of today's real estate market and her knowledge of the St. Louis Real Estate market has secured the trust of her clients and the respect of her colleagues. Utilizing cutting-edge marketing and technology to ensure that her clients' properties get the exposure they deserve, Suzie offers a unique perspective on the St. Louis market and has successfully earned a lengthy record of achievement and continues to excel for her clients.

Prior to her career in real estate, Suzie, a graduate of Valparaiso University with a B.S. in Accounting, had a career in both the public and non-profit sectors, most recently as the Accounting Director for The March of Dimes/Missouri and Illinois Chapters and still continues to promote prenatal awareness. She is also currently a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors®, St. Louis Multiple Listing Service, and the National Association of Realtors®.

Suzie is committed to giving back to the community in which she lives and works. She has taken part in fundraising for The College School in Webster Groves and The March of Dimes St. Louis Chapter and is currently a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Liz is a native of St. Louis and after multiple relocations she is proud to call St. Louis home again. Having grown up in a family in construction and real estate, Liz resonates a natural curiosity for a home’s structure and a passion for St. Louis’ exquisite architectural style.

Liz has served as Chief Business Officer for a Health Management company where she was responsible for Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Marketing. As the Senior Director for an incubation group at Lowers Risk Group, Liz’s innovative skills and ability to think outside the box allowed her to successfully deliver solutions to complex problems. Liz is ecstatic to assist Suzie in mitigating real estate risks and serving their luxury clientele with utmost integrity and trust.

Liz is a mother to three children who reside in Colorado, Virginia, and Washington. In addition to raising her family, Liz is passionate about giving back to her community where she recently served on the board for HeroHomes, a non-profit established to build homes for deserving Veterans. Inspiring many, Liz has turned her life-long renovation hobbies into a residential remodeling company, providing her clients with high quality craftsmanship and style.
