Architect Bobby McAlpine is a notable name in the design community. He was recognized as one of Architectural Digest‘s 2018 AD100 top architects and also designed Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s vacation home on their private island in the Bahamas. Not a bad gig.

McAlpine built this 6,000 square-foot Frontenac estate in 2006. The property encompasses not only the four-bedroom, five-bath manse but a guest house complete with a mini kitchen, master suite, and bath. The pool house, pool, hot tub, and pickleball court are featured in the outdoor entertaining space.

The Address: 42 Countryside Lane

The Price: $3,350,000
